- What does "design sign-off" mean?
- Design sign-off means you have reviewed and approved the final custom renderings, dimensions, weave style and colour specifications prepared by our designer. Once signed off, the design is locked and no further changes can be made without a revision fee.
- How do free quotations work after the design has been paid for and signed off?
- After you have paid the upfront design fee and signed off on the final design, we prepare a detailed manufacturing quotation covering materials, labour and delivery. This quotation is provided completely free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed.
- What are the next steps after I approve the quotation?
- Once you approve the quotation, we schedule your project into our production calendar, confirm final lead times, and request a deposit to secure materials. Our team then begins manufacturing, keeping you updated at key milestones until delivery and installation.
